The company has provided 4 plans starting from Smart, Silver, Gold and Platinum as follows:

Smart plan offers maximum benefits per year up to 3 THB million

Silver plan offers maximum benefits per year up to 6 THB million

Gold plan offers maximum benefits per year up to 10 THB million

Diamond plan offers maximum benefits per year up to 70 THB million

Platinum plan offers maximum benefits per year up to 100 THB million

- Outpatient treatment 12,000 THB -100 MTHB (depending on type of plan)

- Comprehensive In-patient cover, daily accommodation charge per night 5,200 THB-21,000 THB (depending on type of plan)

- Cancer therapy, Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and kidney dialysis

- Maternity benefits including new born accommodation 400,000 THB per year (Platinum only with 12 months waiting period)

-Alternative Therapies up to 35,000 THB per year (Diamond, Platinum)

- Psychiatric treatment up to 200,000 THB per year (Diamond, Platinum)

- Routine Dental Care up to 36,000 THB per year (Gold, Diamond, Platinum)

- Routine Optical Care up to 25,000 THB per year (Platinum)

- Health Screening up to 30,000 THB per year (Platinum only with 12 months waiting period)

- Maximum on vaccinations of 45,000 THB per year (Platinum only)

- Ambulance transportation

- 24 hours International Emergency Medical Assistance

- Second medical opinion

- Concierge services offering coverage customers to choose the best benefits for their needs.

 ** Premium Start 17,000 THB/ year**  

 Conditions of applicant

•           Age: 16 -80 years

•           Able to renew up to the age of 85 years

•           Residing in Thailand or live in Thailand for at least 185 days per year, except applicants who are under 25 years and studying full time aboard.

•           Death Benefit (All causes) is 50,000 THB for all plan.

•           Premium payment mode: Annual, semi-annual, monthly.

•           No top limit to apply this plan insurance

•           Application document:

- Thai citizen age>16 years: copy of ID card

- Thai citizen age 10-16 years: copy of birth certificate, and household registration

- Thai citizen age 0-9 years: copy of birth certificate, and household registration, health book (show birth method, new born size, vaccination record, etc.)

- Foreigner-passport, work permit or any document to show that the applicant has stayed in Thailand for more than 185 days.
